You can fly directly to Bishkek by the British Airways, Turkish Airlines and the Aeroflot (if you're flying through Moscow).
The Manas Airport has gained a status of the international one after a radical reconstruction. Regular flights to the CIS countries, international and domestic flights are made from this place.
The Manas International Airport is 30 km to the north of Bishkek. You can take a taxi to get to Bishkek which will cost you around 350 Kyrgyz soms (9 US dollars), a shuttle mini bus at 30 soms, or a bus at 20 soms. If you arrange airport pick up in advance with any travel agency, it will cost you about 20 US dollars.
