AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstani sportsman Bekbol Nurlan has won gold medal at the XIII World Championship in Belt Wrestling in Kazakh, Tatarstan (Russia).

The championship was attended by athletes from more than 50 countries, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Moldova, Lithuania, Russia, India, USA, Germany, Mexico, Colombia, United Kingdom, Armenia, Poland, China, Korea, Georgia and other, strategy2050.kz reported.

Bekbol Nurlan managed to reach the finale in his weight category up to 100 kg and took victory over Russian sportsman.

10 athletes represented Kazakhstan.
