AKIPRESS.COM - The Kazakh Embassy in Czech Republic and Slovakia in cooperation with the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) organized a business seminar on "Kazakhstan - specific opportunities to enter the market" in Bratislava, the press service of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry said.

The main objective of the seminar was development of trade and economic relations between Kazakhstan and Slovakia and attraction of investment to our country.

Representatives of over 50 Slovak companies, as well as the Ministries of Economics of Slovakia and department of economic diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia and Association on use of renewable and alternative sources participated in seminar.

Participants of a seminar were briefed on current state and prospects of development of Kazakhstan’s economy and new measures and incentives for attraction of foreign investments. They highlighted particular interest in realization of governmental programs "Nurly Zhol" and "Affordable housing – 2020", and establishing mutually beneficial cooperation and joint implementation of projects in the field of "green" power in connection with Astana’s hosting international specialized exhibition EXPO-2017.

In order to promote economic interests of both countries SARIO together with KAZNEX INVEST and with the assistance of the Embassy of Kazakhstan is planning to organize a business tour in Kazakhstan in March 2015. The main objective of the business visit of a delegation of Slovak entrepreneurs is to study the Kazakh market, establish contacts with Kazakh potential partners and open new areas of cooperation.
