AKIPRESS.COM - Turkmenistan took part in international tourist exhibition of Austria “Ferien-Messe Wein” in Vienna.

The exhibition is held every year in January in Austrian capital, and it is one of the largest international tourist forums, where all modern trends of the world tourism are reflected.

Every year tourist exhibition “Ferien-Messe Wein” receives more than 800 representatives of tourist agencies from 70 countries of the world. This year Turkmenistan is also taking part in the work of the exhibition. The participation of Turkmenistan was supported by Turkmen-Austrian society, State committee of Turkmenistan for tourism and the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Austrian Republic.

It should be noted that participation of our country in this event was dedicated to 20th anniversary of the Neutrality of Turkmenistan.

Part of the information exposure of Turkmenistan became banners, which are announcing such events as Touristic congress in Ashgabat, “Asian Games-2017” and others. Visual part of the exhibition was the photo panel with the images of famous historical and cultural monuments and natural attractions of Turkmenistan, city planning of Ashgabat, videos which are telling about nowadays of the country and numerous information publications that are dedicated to the development of the country’s tourist sphere.

Visual place on the stand was decorated by touristic map of Turkmenistan, which gives vivid representation about the routes of the Great Silk Road, location on its way of ancient Turkmen cities, famous historical monuments. Special attention of foreign tour operators and businessmen was attracted by the perspectives of developing the coast of Caspian sea at the National tourist zone “Awaza”.
