The Expert Forum, organized by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in co-operation with the OSCE field missions in Central Asia and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), highlighted the importance of respecting the rule of law and human rights in criminal justice systems.
