Belarusian government delegation to visit Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - CU Belarus' government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Rusy will travel to Kazakhstan on September 16-18  for the 11th meeting of the Kazakhstan-Belarus intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation in the city of Taldykorgan, BelTA reports.

The agenda of the meeting includes more than 10 issues. The meeting participants will discuss the trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and Kazakhstan in 2014, and its prospects in 2015, the status of implementation of the roadmap for development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation in 2014-2016.

In addition, the agenda includes the issues of industrial cooperation and transfer of technology, agriculture, science and technology, transport and logistics, design and construction, energy saving and energy efficiency.

The Belarusian delegation will take part in a business forum to be hosted by the chamber of entrepreneurs of Almaty Region. The Belarusian delegation is also scheduled to visit the companies of Almaty Region.

The delegation includes representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Belgospishcheprom Concern, the Industry Ministry, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture, the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
