The sides discussed issues related to bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Pakistan in the field of energy.

A special attention was paid to the Central Asia South Asia Electricity Transmission and Trade Project (CASA 1000), which is expected to be completed before 2017.

Similar issues were discussed yesterday at Khawaja Muhammad Asif’s meeting with Tajik Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Aslov.
