Nepal to launch Sports Carnival 2014 on Thursday

Bishkek (AKIpress) - sport ground Sports Carnival 2014 is going to be held at the premises of National Sports Council (NSC) in Tripurewor, Kathmandu (Nepal) from May 8, NepalNews reported.

The three-day carnival will feature different sport events like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, golf, lawn tennis, snooker, gymnastic, shooting, among others.

The carnival is also set to showcase various national and international brands of sports materials including sports shoes, sports ware, physical fitness accessories, energy drinks, sporty motorbike and cycle, and others.

The visitors can enjoy bike stunts, musical concerts, martial arts and wrestling as well during the event. These are also the main attraction of the event. The visitors will also have opportunity to interact with their best players in the last day of the event on Saturday.

Around 10,000 visitors are expected during the carnival.
