Donetsk proclaims People's Republic of Donetsk

Bishkek (AKIpress) - Donetsk In Donetsk, supporters of federalization of Ukraine gathered in the government building and proclaimed establishment of the People's Republic of Donetsk, RTreported.

Earlier, the protesters intended to create a “national council” instead of the Donetsk regional council members who “have not fulfilled the requirements” and have failed to call for an extraordinary session on a referendum on the status of Donetsk region.
